Return & Refund Policy

At Hyper Trade Point, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

Returns Process:

  1. Contact us at hypertradepoint@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. We will provide instructions for the return process.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
